Community Groups

Each Tuesday evening a group of believers gather together at 6:30 pm for bible study, fellowship and prayer. We are a small group who believes that having a relationship with Jesus is more than just going to church on Sunday morning. We come from all different walks of life. Some of us have been Christians for a long time, while others are just starting their journey. We don't know each other that well but we are learning more about the true meaning of fellowship. Fellowship is more than the name of the hall next to the worship center. It's sharing as a family, it's sharing like a body, like a temple. We share life together, the good with the bad. In Acts 2:42-47 the bible says they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer....True fellowship is taking what I have and giving it to another brother or sister in need. Ensuring they are provided for in times of need. Praying earnestly for one another. Sharing life together. In the 1st century church this was so evident, but in today's churches, not all have lost this focus. If you have not had the experience of being involved in a group let me encourage you to do so. If you are involved in one, praise God! Take what you know and pass it on to others. Opening God's word, praying for one another, sharing life and things is what I enjoy about our community group. I can count on them to be there when I need them or they need me.
